With extensive experience in global talent management, executive search and career consulting, Celia combines decades of meaningful work across multiple industries, leveraging knowledge of building and scaling companies, with a warmth and respect for making great matches and the hiring experience.

Prior to Stern Resources, Celia built a career in human resources, talent acquisition and career development. She managed Talent Acquisition teams for a leading global banking and financial services corporation, and held lead recruitment roles in other industries including technology, consumer and healthcare environments. A Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management complements Celia’s practical experience.

Throughout her experience, Celia has been involved with various professional and community groups. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the hiring process, community engagement, children and family causes, as well as supporting the arts and culture.
